Enrolment: Admission Process

Admissions are granted in MSG Hi-Tech Gurukul Girls School to students based on previously laid down aptitude tests and as per admission criteria. We grant admissions on first-cum-first serve basis. MSG Hi-Tech Gurukul Girls School reserves the right to grant admissions through out the year if seats are available. Admissions are opened from January to May every year.

Stage 1 : Student registration and payment of fee.

Stage 2 : Student appears for the aptitude test and the declaration of result same day.

Note : School text books and uniforms are available at school authorized bookshop. Admissions are generally open at Shah Satnam Ji Girls’ School for the following school levels. However, we may open admissions for intake of students of different grades, this information may be obtained from our website which is updated regularly.

MSG Hi-Tech Gurukul Girls School Criteria are as follows:

Age criteria : The child should have attained the age of 3 years complete for Pre-Nursery on 1st day of the academic year.

Document check list (to be submitted to admission office):

Five color photos (Passport size)

Birth Certificate

Bank Account Number.

SSSM ID

Aadhar Card

Transfer Certificate

Photocopy of previous school marksheets (original to be sighted at admission time)

Attach duly filled admission form

Registration form with declaration of parents
